Choosing a Tent Site
Here at Kittatinny, we have many different tent sites to choose from! Due to this, we are a great choice for your next Delaware River tent camping adventure! Each tent site comes equipped with a fire ring and a picnic table.
Basic Tent Site
Our Basic Tent Sites each come with their own water hook-up, fire ring, and picnic table. Nearby bathroom facilities, pet-friendly.
Rustic Tent Site
Unplug and reconnect with the outdoors in a truly rustic tent site. These pet-friendly sites come with a fire ring and picnic table.
Riverfront Tent Site – Rustic Only
Enjoy incredible riverfront views of the Delaware at our coveted Riverfront Rustic Tent Sites! Each site comes with its owns fire ring and picnic table. Riverfront sites are located across the street from the main camp and have nearby bathroom facilities. Full bathhouses available at the main camp.
Creekside Tent Site – Rustic or Basic
Camp alongside our serene trout stream, shaded by towering trees. Each Creekside Rustic Tent Site comes with a fire ring and picnic table. Pet-friendly. Rustic or basic (water hook-up) options.
Waterview Tent Site – Rustic Only
Enjoy views of the Delaware River at your rustic tent site! Located across the street from main camp. You’ll enjoy access to your own a picnic table and fire ring. These sites are hike in sites only. Parking is available nearby, however no cars are permitted at the campsites.
Minisink Base Tent Site
Incredible views of the Delaware River! Minisink Base is located 3 miles from main camp and facilities. These flat, grassy sites are surrounded by trees and close to the river’s edge. Portable toilets in the area. These rustic sites come with a fire ring and picnic table.

After a long day of fun in the great outdoors, you’ll likely find yourself needing to refuel. Fortunately, we’ve got you covered with our on-site dining and drink options! We recommend checking out Cedar Rapids Bar & Restaurant – located along the Delaware and open to the public – where you’ll find delicious pizzas, burgers, drinks for the adults, and so much more! On the other hand, if you’re looking to make something homemade at your campsite, we’ve outlined some yummy recipes you must try. Although burgers and hot dogs are a staple camping meal, we also recommend these tasty bites:

On-Site Camp Store
Regardless of the extra preparation, tent camping at Kittatinny is as stress-free as possible with the help of our Camp Store! The Camp Store is always freshly stocked to ensure that any essentials you may have forgotten to pack, we have! From select grocery items and ice, to bug spray and souvenirs, your Delaware River camping trip will be hassle-free and full of ease!
Pet Policy
We have plenty of tent sites that are pet-friendly! Bring your furry friend along for your camping trip on the Delaware River.
No Outside Firewood
Another important policy to note is the prohibition of outside firewood. State regulations prohibit the use of outside firewood in order to prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. But don’t worry, firewood can be purchased at our Camp Store.
