The occasional calm pools offer time for a picnic lunch or to lay back and sunbathe. You could even take a dip in the crystal clear water. Our rafts hold up to six people, which makes rafting the perfect choice for groups and families. You will paddle beneath cliffs and spectacular rock formations as you take in the breathtaking panorama of the Pocono and Catskill Mountains. Lackawaxen to Barryville Barryville 5 11 miles

Our Lackawaxen to Barryville trip offers Class 2 & 3 whitewater, with a fast current on boating release days. The Lackawaxen River heads in PA, in Wayne and Pike counties, and ends at its confluence with the Delaware River at Lackawaxen, PA. This trip can be a fast and exciting run for the experienced paddler when water is being released from the hydro-electric plant via Lake Wallenpaupack. We offer rafts, canoes, and kayaks on release and high water days.
